Dunkin'

The stuff here is good and the whole time i was there i noticed he is taking care of the customers all alone and was trying his best to make quick. Im giving the 5 star only for him. The taste was good as it was customised and what i was expecting he made it exactly that way.

I went in and ordered a frozen coffee and after ordering I was the wrong change. My total was $6.01, and I handed the cashier $10.01 and she gave me $3 back and when i mentioned, my change was a dollar short she rolled her eyes and walked away. I understand it’s just a dollar but still, so she ruined her chance of a tip. My order was not called out when it was done, so I was waiting for it while it just sat there. Another coworker goes “oh there’s a bit of a surprise in there for you” and laughs, as in that’s a good thing to say? I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a frozen cookie dough coffee, and there is no taste of cookie dough and I didn’t get any cookie dough topping as in the picture on the board but instead rice krispie flakes on the top. I will not be returning.

Ive been going to this dunkin for so long and never had a problem other then TODAY. I would get oatmilk in my drink other then regular milk because I am dairy free, and today I got my drink and it was regular milk and had to suffer the consequences. HEYY BACK AT IT AGIAN they gave me incorrect things and another time forgot to reedem my hashbrowns Also added: if you want hair in ur food go right ahead they do it & over charging you

Customer service is always great. All the staff remember your go to order and start making it as soon as you walk in! Kindest staff and great coffee every time. Thankful for the staff brightening my morning!
