Dunkin'

I stopped at this Dunkin’ in Trinidad, Colorado while traveling and was honestly impressed. A couple of months ago I grabbed a cappuccino here and it was excellent. Real coffee flavor, rich and balanced. Today I stopped again and ordered the same cappuccino and it was just as good. You can actually taste the coffee here, not just milk and water like in some other locations. I even tried Dunkin’ in Atlanta on the road and the cappuccino there tasted like milk with water. Completely different experience. This location in Trinidad clearly cares about quality. Great coffee, friendly service, and a solid stop when you’re traveling through. Respect to the team here.

Received good service. Fast and the coffee was as good as any other Dunkin. The store was clean and well maintained. My problem is the Dunkin app reflects this store is 4.11 miles south of its actual location. The Dunkin app sent me to the wrong location another time, so somebody needs to fix the app and this was the only way I felt I could bring attention to it. Employees don’t ever seem to care. Ordered a frozen coffee. The young girl behind the counter put and extra 4 or 5 pumps of liquid sugar in it and ruined it. Absolutely 🤢 gross! I'll give them a shot another time.

Dear Dunkin Donuts please help me help you lol. Guys are honestly missing out on an extra $1-$2 million per year in revenue by not packaging Dunkin’ Donuts after closing and selling them to the graveyard shift.
