Hash browns were not crispy and quite stale. Sandwich was not customized how asked. Order taker did his job and was not at fault. The people making the food need some quality assurance training.

**UPDATED REVIEW** I reported this issue to the corportate and the actual manager 'Millie' reached out to me and apologized about the issue. She said she did not work at that time when I had an issue. One of the worker said the older lady who made my coffee is the manager and her name is Millile but she is not a manager. All of their employee were not paying attention and handled unprofessionally. Hope the manager train them better for their business. *********************** Original Reveiw Since I live close by, this location was my go-to place for ordering breakfast, donuts and coffee for many years. However today, 11/13/2025 they become a terrible dunkin location and I will never go back there again. I ordered the hot medium latte which is my go-to drink and I picked it up by drive-

Stopped when I had an appointment in the area. They made my coffee perfect and my orders not the easiest. I was able to grab a coffee and gift card on my way home! Thank you for being so kind and friendly in the morning and taking the time to make my coffee perfectly

Rude and rushed service inside. Careless with the donuts 🍩 plopped the donut icing side down in the bag and couldn’t care less. If we wanted a plain donut we’d have bought that. Also attitude and rude with service. No greeting, no smile, felt like we were being rushed out by someone who didn’t want to work. Really sad the service experience here was so poor. Also the donuts were stale. Big bummer for such poor service from the franchise.

The drive thru was open and they didnt answer the speaker quickly so all i said was Hello Hello and he answered saying can give me a moment i said okay and he gave me my drink with pee in it because we tasted it and it had foam on top in a Refresher!!!!!!! This is beyond unacceptable and disgusting!
