Dunkin'

It’s been two separate occasions where my mobile order doesn’t go through at this specific location and they always seem That it’s inconveniencing them instead of me. If the point of mobile ordering is for convenience then this location has failed. And to blame the customer instead of taking ownership is wild.

Months after mask restrictions are lifted they still won’t open their bathroom. Just needed to WASH MY HANDS but no. Cancelled my order immediately, don’t give them business if they won’t even let you wash your hands during a pandemic. Disgusting management.

I have been contemplating leaving this review. I absolutely love this dunkin, and frequent here all the time. It’s a clean store, service is usually good and same with food and drinks. I am giving all 5 stars for everything, but there are issues that need to be addressed. Sometimes my drink is honestly terrible, and I hate to say that. It’s not often I get one that I feel that way. It truly depends on who makes it. From what I know about the owners standards of their business, they would not approve about some of the drinks I have been given. Another issue I have, a shift leader at your store, thought it was appropriate to yell at one of your employees, in front of a me, a customer! That in my eyes is completely unacceptable and truly bad for business. I am in no way saying that she should

They gave me a free doughnut!! And my hot chocolate is tasty. Overall these munchkins slap :)

I rarely right reviews of chain because the service is always changing (employee turnover) and the pricing and quality is more or less the same at each location. The customer service here is good, like most DD's. The problem with this DD is the parking lot. It's located at a busy intersection and shares the lot with a gas station. Making a left turn out of this place is insane.
