Dunkin'

We t to the bathroom and it is not clean. Dirty sink. Dirty walls. If they don’t clean the bathroom. Imagine the kitchen and the food area. This store is not well kept to Dunkin standards. Owner ought to be aware of his business. A new Wawa is going to open on Old Reading Pike. And all of Dunkin’s customers will go there instead. I see this Dunkin store closing soon.

Worst service I’ve ever walked into. I’d give this one star to the only employee that was doing a great job up front, Cody. Employees were messing around in the back, cussing like sailors while there was a family ordering and I was waiting for my order for 15-20 mins. I didn’t see anything at the pickup area for my order and Cody mentioned out loud that there were other things I had ordered and the other employees didn’t know when my order’s been up there for a long while. There was something there at the pickup area for my order, but it was wrong, that’s why I say that I didn’t see anything at the pickup area for my order. Saturday January 14th, 2023 Nick the manager was super friendly & gave me 2 Bacon egg and cheese wraps for free because the lady in front of me drove off LOL her loss my win! Service was quick & nice. Coffee was on point. Small iced coffee is $3.26 at this location.

Terrible. The workers are rude mind you we were sitting there quiet not bothering anyone and payed so much money. Never complained we’re always respectful and me and my friend left leaving our drinks with my other friends as we went to go grab something, we were walking back my friend let me know they were talking about us saying that “we need jobs we’re bored and got nothing better to do” they’re so disrespectful. They are always cussing and fooling around in the back. It’s summer and we paid and kept it respectful mind you we have jobs as well. They were talking. The manager Felicia. She is so disrespectful. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Got to my location and opened sandwich. Boom, just egg and bagel. Went back to the shop and the kid at the counter looked apathetic and took the sandwich to the employees in the back. After speaking with other associates, he comes back looking quite embarrassed and says “all we can do is give you a side of bacon.” !?! So after waiting 5 minutes, they give me the bacon in a bag and hand me a slice of cheese. I then have to assemble my own sandwich on the counter in front of the register. Well this will be the last time I enter this place. This place is garbage now. Do not recommend ever!
