Highly Disappointed I typically always come here and never have a problem. Staff is always Friendly & Upbeat⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Tonight was different the waiter took our order we ordered a Brisket Quesadilla, when the food came out it was a chicken bacon Quesadilla we asked for it to be fixed the waiter. 🗣️He then went back & forth with us telling us we order the chicken. He finally takes it back, I then take a bite of my sandwich and its ice cold 😳🚨‼️I’ve never experienced that my food is always hot & Fresh, So I asked him if it could be remade & he had an attitude😤 and said YEAH! Snatched it off the table & took it to the back. Baby listen I typically always order a dessert but NOT tonight I was ready to go ASAP👣 🚪Drinks sat empty for 10 Minutes. Had an amazing meal here tonight with a good friend. Despite how busy it was the server was prompt, kind, and quick to both take our order and deliver it. The food was hot and fresh. I had wings and the trio sizzler fajita. Its always nice having an attentive waitress thats well balanced between checking in, fulfilling requests, and not over checking in. Definitely would eat here again. And hope you enjoy as much as I did. Very grateful for this experience. See you soon and God bless!

My steak was fatty, tough, and not very flavorful. It was cooked to my liking however. The vegetables were actually cooked properly and tasty. Waitress was a friendly teenager but was inattentive. My drink ran dry many times and when asking for a refill to hook way too long. I asked for salt for my steak because the salt and pepper were not at the table; the waitress forgot and never brought it. By the time she came back I was finished my steak. My wife did like her ribs but she upgraded from french fries to a side salad which overlook all right. Did not taste fresh and was very minimal. I don't think I will ever be returning. For the amount of money we ended up spending for our minimal meal, I would have preferred many other options.

My kids love Chili's, but lately, every time I order online, something is missing. I usually don't complain, but this time they went too far. They didn't give me a salad, my food was cold, they forgot to give me a drink, and they said they didn't have the drink I wanted, but they couldn't even offer me a substitute. My husband went back, and only then did they give him the drink. When I looked for the salad, what a surprise, it wasn't there, and to top it all off, the hamburger buns were burnt. I'm so upset.

My teenage some wanted the Triple Dipper because it’s the trendy thing on the TikTok, I guess. I had a veggie burger, it was ok. Wings ok, sirloin ok (this was a huge portion of meat, broccoli and potato if you are feeling hungry) and kid’s pizza not good. Server was attentive. Manager was ever-present and made sure things were running smoothly. Food came out a bit slow. Music was nice and loud which I like. The Triple Dipper was very good indeed which made my son very happy. Good cheese pull as the kids say. Good value compared to other restaurants of the sort.
