Dunkin'

I dont understand how its not busy and you mess the coffee up twice. The first one was all milk. The second all they did was put my coffee under a syrup machine when I asked that it be remade. And now its bitter as hell and I have to get back to work and dont have time for this nonsense and turning around again. Smh

Some workers are nice mostly the younger ones but the ones 30+ are so rude! Also DO NOT order the iced tea here it will taste like plastic. This is the 2nd time I have ordered an ice tea here and it really just taste plastic I have explained this to a worker the first time and she looked at me like I was crazy. Today I recently went back and told them about what happened cause I had bought another one today and it was the same taste and the girl was very nice to me! She let me know she will report it to the manger because that is not okay.

This has to be the slowest drive thru, worst service, rudest employee I ever encountered clearly hates her job and it shows. First and last time here for sure there way to many Dunkin’s to deal with such terrible service. I mean you can’t be slow and rude. They need to get rid of the old lady she is miserable and it shows. After reading the reviews she’s the common denominator in all the bad reviews.

Employee was very nice but this is now twice in a row where my coffee was extremely weak. Unfortunately this was my favorite Dunkin as other one on Fall River Ave (has since closed) went way downhill. Only one dunkin left nearby which I had switched to for a little while in hopes this one would get better but it didnt. Not sure what happened but ill be cutting back in general due to convenience and going out of my way to go to other location when I can.

Filled my ice coffee with mostly ice then put a hot cup to try and hide it. 3 dollars for a medium ice off that is mostly ice. They give you a line to show you how much ice goes in. Try again
