THE NOSTALGIA: The plaza the bakery is located in made me feel as though I traveled back in time to an old town road- beloved by its community, but has certainly weathered the storm. The atmosphere and decor of the bakery felt as though it was preserved in a time capsule. There is a strong sense of fellowship, and pride in ownership which I admire. THE SERVICE: Friendly employee offering a warm smile, greeting, and asked how she may assist me. After informing her I was a new customer and needed time to peruse, she offered space but remained available to answer questions. The bakery was clean and well organized making it easy to make selections. The employee was knowledgeable with respect to menu items, which was refreshing and very helpful. I’d like to say everything is delicious but I haven’t tried everything yet. I will say we did try the Portuguese, custard pie, the mini chocolate eclairs, the cake pops, the carrot cake, the crème brûlée cheesecake, the chocolate roll, and in the spring time they have this really amazing custard dessert on a pastry. Now I didn’t try all of these, but my family did and everyone was asking where did I get them and to get more when I go next time. Everybody loved every single dessert!! Worth the 40 minute drive!

This place is so great! Everything I want out of a new england bakery. Very sweet people. Their coffee is smooth and yummy too.

This place is 5+ star bakery. All breads are unbelievable tasty and price is so good. All staff are nice and great service, I will definitely come back here again soon!
