Dunkin'

I went early morning 5:30 am and there was only one staff member, she was busy with online orders and walk ins management should staff properly. She handled it with a smile though ☺️

With this Dunkin Donuts being conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Rutherford, right near the main mass transit hub in town, I find myself many times out of necessity (especially in adverse weather) having to go here while awaiting either a bus or train transfer. Believe me, I would rather go to the other Dunkin in town than this one. The prices are quite a bit higher, and the service is not all that great. In addition, for whatever reason, these people are absolutely clueless as to how to make a simple iced coffee. It's always watery, and too many times either not enough milk, or no sugar. No matter which day I visit, the location consistently appears to be understaffed. Even on days when staffing does not seem to be an issue, the service remains unusually slow, and I often wait nearly ten minutes for a single coffee.”

Stopped in on august 16th as I was excited for the pumpkin roll out. When I walked in the cashier was texting (which I don’t normally get upset about), but she was doing it for at least 30 seconds which I then found to be rude cause she could’ve just helped me and gone back to her text. I ordered my coffee and I told her that I just wanted a splash of milk but the drink was more milk than coffee. I’m not one to argue with someone who clearly doesn’t care so I just took it, tried to drink it, but ultimately threw it out. Not saying I won’t be back, but if I see that she’s working, I’ll just go to Starbucks

If there was a minus star, I would go all the way to the lowest of the lowest. I have never seen employees like this at Dunkin. This place shows “everything bagel” online, but it’s never available—this is the second time. When you order a croissant, they take one from the big display, then swap it for a smaller, different croissant from a plastic bag before putting it in your order. They don’t give you the right order, and they don’t give it on time. If you want to review it, check order #8010 on July 2.
