We discovered a hidden gem and reserved a table at this cozy restaurant, where the menu is thoughtfully curated by Michelin-starred chefs. From the moment we stepped inside, the entire staff greeted us with genuine warmth, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. We were seated right away and immediately noticed the intimate atmosphere. The space is used thoughtfully, with every corner contributing to the restaurant’s charm. After browsing the menu, we all chose “The One” omakase. This experience included two appetizers, an eight-piece tray of exquisite sushi, and two hand rolls—each crafted to perfection. A standout moment was the Butterfish Spoon appetizer, featuring three varieties of fish paired with a ponzu drizzle, served in a delicate wafer bowl. It was outrageously delicious,

A very cute small sushi restaurant in NJ. I had the premium omakase. I enjoyed everything but the salmon and burrata maybe if it had a crunch element . It was to one note flat tasting. Not for me. Also the uni wasn’t great. I eat uni almost everyday in the city and this had a rancid taste. The oysters were amazing super tasty! Also, the rest of the Omakase was nice And fresh. I would come back again. And the Service five star! All of the staff they are truly wonderful.

Had an amazing experience for dinner here! Jojo was an amazing host and explained every dish. Of the shared plates, my favorites are the scallop carpaccio, salmon belly crudo and truffle sashimi. I love their creative takes on these dishes without overpowering the highlight of the dishes which is essentially the fish itself. The quality of the fish used is so fresh as it is imported daily! Of the nigiris, my favorites are the A5 wagyu, toro, uni, scallop, and shrimp. Overall, the food, service and ambiance were great. I can’t wait to come back again.

The freshest fish imported from Japan, prepared oh so deliciously !! Melts in your mouth ! You will not leave hungry I promise! We did chefs tasting and added couple of shareable plates. Mocktails were fun and tasty. Service excellent. Would recommend to everyone and will be returning here myself !

We tried the omakase experience titled “The One.” The fish was incredibly fresh, featuring innovative twists that kept every course exciting—though the miso cod appetizer was so spectacular I could have licked the plate clean. My absolute highlights were the surf and turf hand roll, the melt-in-your-mouth salmon belly hand roll, and the rich tuna toro. We finished the night with a trio of delicious gelatos—pistachio, black sesame, and biscoff—which were the perfect sweet end to the meal. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth of the owner, Jojo, who makes you feel like family the moment you walk in. Paired with exceptionally attentive service, this was an unforgettable experie
