the assistant manager Lisa will leave when the restaurant is completely full and is very rude to her employees and customers. shouldn’t be an assistant manager if she doesn’t care about the restaurant at all.
I waited for 4 minutes for service. Exactly at 7:00 p.m., an employee finally came to the counter and told me they were closed. I asked if she could ring me up for a small iced coffee, and her response was: “It’s already 7:01 p.m. — we’re done for the day.” Never a good experience at this location
Shawn was amazing!! Great customer service she went above and beyond. New favorite Dunkin Donuts !!
I wish I got her name but the older lady at the register was incredibly pleasant. Training, greeting regulars, and having a really sweet interaction with some kids. Clearly an asset to the location.
So they messed up my gift card and said they don't deal with that but it was their mistake whoever downloaded the $20 deleted it
