Dunkin'

I understand Dunkin is busy and service may not be perfect. I’ve worked in food service and know how hard employees work. However, I’ve never given a bad attitude to a customer, even if they weren’t nice to me. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a while, and the service isn’t always great, but I understand it’s not a 5-star restaurant. Today, my mobile order wouldn’t apply the national coffee day promotion or accept my payment, but I still went because I wanted coffee. I greeted the cashier and asked if anyone else had issues with the promotion or app. She assured me there hadn’t been any. However, another employee said a few people had issues and offered to help. To my surprise, some of her coworkers were rude to her for trying to assist me. She scanned my phone to check if the promotion

They were terrible, we had absolutely terrible service, they made my frozen coffee absolutely disgusting and it tasted like it was all chemicals. My cousin had ordered a mango pineapple w lemonade, it was disgusting and it was terrible. Overall the service was terrible.The people behind the counter were incredibly incompetent and rude except for one girl she had brown and blonde hair.

This is a message for the staff. I understand this is a busy place, particularly on a weekend morning and there might be new staff. Everyone is busy BUT it is not a good practice to ignore customers who have been patiently waiting to place their order. We can see that all of you are busy doing your job but it would have gone a long way if we could at least have been acknowledged with a "We'll be right with you." You're going to get paid anyways but if you want good tips you need to treat your customers better.

I like to know who hires all these managers each Dunkin' donuts you're all witches this one has a Lynn you should try be nicer to your staff.

Went into Dunkin today and ordered what I normally get and before I could even finish paying for my food they already finished it for me… amazing service :>
