Union Square Bistro

My parents and I went for the second time this afternoon. We had the same server. She was so nice and attentive. I'm sorry, I forgot your name. Dark long hair❤️ I'm a keto/carnivore and ordered with pork belly with the sauce on the side and the Union Burger with no bun, and bacon instead of potatoes. The bacon jam is off the hook! The smashed burgers and sunyside up egg were perfectly cooked and the veggies were super fresh. My dad's Cobb Salad with fried chicken looked incredible and my mom devoured the Blueberry Cornbread Waffle. I had a little taste of the blueberry compote and it was sweet but not too thick and syrupy. I would love to come back for dinner. We sat outside. The ambience is perfect. Lots of trees, sun, and people watching, as the walking path is just a few feet away.

Went for the first time on March 15th shortly after they have recently celebrated their one year anniversary. Menu options are great. I went with the hot honey chicken mac and cheese and it did not disappoint! Tara the bartender was very friendly and upbeat. She made some incredible mixed drinks. Carla our waitress was great. She was attentive and friendly and would check on us often. The two of them made the place feel very welcoming! Planning to visit again soon.

AMAZING quality food!! Absolute delicious meals!! We tried multiple dishes(hard to pick a favorite). The staff is so polite and attentive. Atmosphere is very clean. Can't wait to go back!!

Music & Dinner Girls Night! Special pomegranate margarita on the rocks was delicious and strong. Fried zucchini had a tasty sauce and the scallops and sweet potato purée with leeks was awesomely delicious. Space was cozy and the music by Alexus Lee was fantastic. Union Bistro and Riverside, RI are cuties, will definitely visit again.

We got the hot honey chicken and waffles. Everything was delicious. Would definitely go back. Waitress was very nice as well. Water they serve you isn’t very good, you’ll definitely be upgrading to something else for sure.
