Why do the glazed donuts specifically from this location always come out looking like they’ve got a bad sunburn?? The glaze is thin and hard and flakes off like dead skin. I’ve had glazed donuts from this shop a handful of times thinking maybe it was a newbie making a mistake or something but it’s pretty consistent.

I ordered 3 maple donuts and 1 cinnamon roll. The attendance placed them all in 1 bag and all the maple was on the bag. There was very little icing on the cinnamon roll. A box needs to be used when packing maple bars.

The reason why I gave them a one star on food and services is because I told the young lady at the window that I wanted a Diet Pepsi. She gives me a regular Peps and I can't drink regular Pepsi with all that sugar so I told her I wanted to diet pepsi. She left me sitting there at the window for almost 5 minutes because they had a delivery truck and she grabbed the Diet Pepsi off the delivery truck because they didn't have any in stock so now my Diet Pepsi is warm and I'm on the road driving and trying to eat my food and drink my warm soda. The workers should know what they have in stock and they should let the customer know that they are out of diet soda and I could have chose something else.

The donut wasn’t bad, the coffee was more milk than anything and the wait times, ridiculous. The staff looked lost and unorganized, the manager looked frazzled. I think it’s time for new management to get things straightened out. If I had a choice we would probably would have had better service at the MVD.

The Manager Mike is rude and rushes people. Won’t even give you a chance to order before he says anything else. When I told him that was rude he got attitude. The best part he didn’t scan my app for $12 dollar visit. The other people at this store are great Mike is not.
