Dunkin'

Walk in recognized someone as soon as i got in the door get ignored and then my order taken by someone else possibly nervous/uncomfortable. Ordered an extra large hot chocolate with whipped cream, no whipped cream not filled hardly stirred, thankfully hot and yummy still. $6 meal deal, the drink is fine, hashbrowns underdone compared to the burnt rubbery breakfast sandwich. Was going to order bagels etc as well but didnt even bother because before even getting the unsatisfactory meal the workers were talking, almost positive i literally heard someone say they weren't going to be giving me whipped cream, recognizing a high school bully, who made the drink and refused to take our order but did serve it, I wish people could both grow up/ be more professional and do things properly. They need to slow down and stop rushing. Pulled up at drive thru and they rushed me about my order, asked for a plain bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese, lucky I said it twice cause they where gonna give me plain cream cheese and it never got tosted. Then asked for a refresher with green tea and light ice, drink was not all the way to the top and I basically got like 2 ice cubes, not what I mean by light ice. I got almost kind what I wanted but they need to slow the hell down and not rush me. Cause they never ask to scan my rewards point, said to late and never got my points. Only come here cause it’s right near my work, never again.

I don’t come to this location often but it was on my way running errands today. To my surprise I saw a familiar face that the drive thru window. Let me tell you I saw this man several days ago week for years when I used to work in Colonie and he was at the central Avenue location and I recognized him right away and had to ask him if I was right. I always knew when he was working the drive thru it was going to go fast and he was always such a ray of light on some days where I really didn’t even want to go to work. I also made sure to ask his name so I could leave this review. People like Drew need to be appreciated and I’m sure he is based on how long he’s worked for Dunkin. He is an absolute gem of a human! Asked for a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and it looks like they just dropped a bit of cream cheese and in the middle and sent it. I know working can be hassle but the least you could do is the bare minimum and put some cream cheese on a bagel that cost almost 5 dollars. Quick update. Went back for a correction and they dropped a whole container of cream cheese on a new bagel slapped it together and gave it back to me. Who raised these people? How are they employed? I’m a local business manager too. Absolute garbage location. I want my money back

Coming from a Dunkin’ Donuts assistant manager this was by far the rudest and worse experience I’ve ever had. They ignored as at drive through window and then when they came to window we were told we couldn’t add on at window. That is not a Dunkin policy and why would you not want to up your sales? The two girls working were both moody and made us feel uncomfortable. We asked them to remake our drink and they didn’t even stir it. They basically through the straws through the window and slammed the window in our face. Horrible experience
