Dunkin'

We came just to grab a coffee and a snack of hash browns - just in time too because they close at 7pm and it was about 6:45. The outside of the building is really beautiful. Inside was a bit dark and we were the only ones there since they were about to close. Service was great, order was correct and timely.

20 minutes before closing and you can't order food?? The menu should be available during open hours. The 1-2 other times I have visited it has been ok service.

I have nothing to complain about the employees. The two girls that work. There are very nice always doing whatever people are asking. I’m complaining about the management and the atmosphere fair. You need to hire another person to help clean up the place. Those two girls are too busy doing orders for everybody and they have no time to go around to clean up the place Like I said no complaints about those two girls but as soon as you walk in the place is disgusting. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. The trash is overflowing all the time and all areas even outside in the bathroom. The trash was overflowing with an open dirty diaper on top Hire someone else to help clean up the place.

It was absolutely disgusting in there garbage on the floor, spilt coffee on the floor that wasn’t mopped up. The girls who usually work there were not there and the new girls today had no clue what they were doing, the girl with glasses told me I couldn’t use my points from the app that there needs to be a card shown which isn’t true. I don’t know what is going on here or who the manager is but he or she is not taking care of anything there and it shows. The glass doors were filthy and the garbage outside was over flowing per usual.

Not the best Donkin I've been. Dark dirty, small and old. It does have a very cool arquitecture outside. But inside, uff.
