Dunkin'

Unfortunately I bear the burden of this being my local dunkin. The workers are NASTY. They get visibly annoyed when I come into the store and ask for a drink. They wait until I have ordered my drink and PAID for it to tell you they don’t have it in stock. These women quite literally grimace at me when I say good morning. Worst service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin. The drinks are never made the same as the previous and somehow I’ve never gotten a refresher that doesn’t taste like battery acid and expired juice. Please close down and turn into a Starbucks.

Came in for a coffee this morning around 7:30 AM, I know we all go through stuff every day (life is hard) but for an employee to answer me "what?" when I say "excuse me?" not ok. Please have your staff, especially that woman change her attitude or have her stay home.

I have been going to this dunkin since I have been here for 2 years and I have never seen an employee smile at me or greet me once. They are so rude and unprofessional. They even hand you the things with the worst attitude. This town is lovely and the people are always nice but this dunkin is really bad.

Worst Dunkin Donuts EVER. I go there several times a week because I work on the street. I subject myself to complete Spanish being spoken by all associates, which would be fine if I got a "Good Morning" and/or a "Thank You". None of them act like they want to be there. They are rude! One associate was on break behind the counter while a line was forming. As the people got annoyed she laughed in the guys face asking if she was going to help. We get it's not a great job but damn! Act like you care about making some money!!! That location could easily close if they keep it up. They have Garden Catering and Upper Crust across the street who I prefer except D&D's ice tea is better.

Every employee is rude and they will make your coffee however they want. worst Dunkin I’ve been to. The manager and both women working in the morning are insanely nasty and actually look annoyed when they have to do anything. Why bother remodeling if you’re going to keep the same horrible staff
