The location is convenient, just steps away from the main square, making it easy to grab a coffee or snack while exploring. The staff were friendly and quick, even with the constant rush of customers. My iced coffee was perfectly brewed, and the Boston cream donut was fresh and delicious. I visited this Dunkin' location based on its high rating, which I suspect may be attributed to the friendly cashier. However, I found the space to be quite limited, with no seating available. The crowded conditions left me to eat my breakfast outside in the cold, as there was only one standing table. The food didn’t taste fresh, and was barely warm. The drink didn’t taste right. But that’s Dunkin overall, inconsistent throughout. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I won’t be returning to this location. The 1 star is soly because of the good customer service

HAKEEM was making my order I had a sausage egg & cheese I asked for it to be well done . When he handed me my order it was not what I paid for . I asked him again to make it well done he gave me a attitude & acted like he didn’t understand me I had to ask another worker to make it again he just looked at me & didn’t say anything. This is by far the WORST LOCATION & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! I will NEVER BE BAXK & will be calling CORPORATE ON HIM

Nice small spot to get your coffee and donuts to satisfy your craving. Walking distance from our hotel (Riu time square) and Time Square. However, you have to pay extra for whipped cream!
