Dunkin'

Food, drinks and everything here is great. But the amazing staff is what sets the New Castle Dunkin apart from the rest. I have never been to a Dunkin where the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The management team here is really on top of it. Great job team.

I have been to well over 20 dunkins within the state and out of state, and this one is BY FAR the very best! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and they truly strive to get what you need and to make sure it is made correctly! Absolutely love this store!

Clean and nice atmosphere. Gal lecturing me about grabbing my drink with my name on it and that I've paid for and talking to me like a toddler, I could do without. Scooters here I come. Could talk to your employees about that! Geesh.

This might sound like a fake review but this place is genuinely just a great place to go too. I've made it a routine to go out of my way to go here before work because every single time I've went I started my day feeling better cause they are nice people and are somehow smiling at 6am. The food is great but the people that work there is why I go.
