Dunkin'

Twice I’ve been here, and both times I’ve been given a stale bagel. This time, the bagel was already spread with the wrong cream cheese. Instead of remaking it, they put the correct cream cheese on the side—leaving me to somehow apply it on top of an already cream-cheesed bagel. Overall, an absolutely terrible and disappointing experience.

They got my order wrong. Breakfast sandwich was supposed to be sausage but gave us bacon instead. We asked for chocolate sprinkle donuts. The girl at the drive thru wasn’t friendly and stuck up. I’ll never go to this Dunkin again!

I have a good experience every time re service and food, but when I sat down today to work there were three actual wasps on the inside, bouncing against the window, with two dead ones on the ground. Lmk if fixed and I'll revise this, I know any place can get unlucky with a pest occasionally.

The brkfsst sandwich and coffee good. But no donuts by 10 am???? Nobody told me my order was ready..bags on mobile orders.

Staff is not customer friendly at all, no one seems to have any motivation at this place. Constantly getting orders wrong, and seems like no one is eager to help you. Today was the last time I will buy anything from this location. Returned home with a coffee I bought this morning, and transferred it to my yeti. When I poured it out there was a fly in the bottom of the dunkin cup. Absolutely disgusted right now... I called to follow up with this issue, and the manager didn't seem to concerned with my findings. He offered me another coffee, no refund was offered though. Won't risk going back to an unsanitary establishment. Just want a refund.
