Dunkin'

Disappointing experience at this location. A $6 meal was clearly advertised on the drive-thru menu board, but when I tried to order it, I was told the promotion was outdated and would not be honored—even though it was still displayed and not marked as expired. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I already was, and another employee then told me to “go ahead and leave.” Poor customer service and misleading advertising. This situation could have been handled much more professionally.

I come to this Dunkin on my way to work on a regular basis. Everytime, I always order the stuffed mini bagels, and the bagels are always still cold. Its not hard to heat the food up to where the cream cheese in the middle isn't still have frozen. This is the only coffee place I pass on my drive to work from home, so knowing this is the expectation each time I go is disappointing. I just want my stuffed mini bagels I love so much to be warm, is that too much to ask?

Every time I’ve come here it’s been early in the morning between 5-7am. I appreciate the fact that I have always been served with kindness and respect despite it being so early. That being said… I have fallen in love with the new strawberry daydream refresher, but only with ALMOND milk. It tastes artificial and weird with the oat milk (default drink). About 40% of the time that I come to this location, my refresher is either made with oat milk by accident or it tastes off. I have nothing against anyone who made the drinks, and they always remake it without issue, which is very much appreciated and usually fixes the taste. If you’re coming here expecting gourmet coffee, you might be a little underwhelmed. The coffee itself is pretty standard and nothing that will blow you away—it’s Dunkin’, so don’t expect it to taste like your favorite local café or high-end spot. That said, if what you want is Dunkin’—consistent drinks, fast service, and a reliable menu—this is easily the best location I’ve been to. The employees here are what set it apart. They’re always friendly, polite, and seem to genuinely care about getting your order right. Even when it’s busy, the staff keeps things moving quickly and does it with a smile. Hard to mess up donuts coffee and ice cream. Lady cleaning the floors and came to scoop my ice cream without changing gloves. Seemed offended when I ask. Hate to know what happens coming through the drive thru.
