Dunkin'

I just got EXCELLENT service 11/26/26 from none other then Shelley! I was initially going to fill the receipt survey but unfortunately lost the receipt to wind. Wicked fast and made the drinks PERFECT.

There are two Dunkin' locations on Adams St.—one in Quincy and the other in Milton. This one is the latter. There is a small parking lot in the back, which is a bit difficult to turn into, as the entrance is quite narrow. I went during lunch on a weekday, and it was overrun by teenagers and quite chaotic. However, service was fast and friendly. - Hot Churro Latte ($3.39): Tbh, I was most excited to try the whipped cream, which is supposed to be drizzled with caramel and dusted with cinnamon sugar, but I did not realize that hot lattes do not come with whipped cream. This just tasted like a normal hot coffee, so while it wasn't bad, it wasn't what I was looking for. - Chocolate Frosted Donut ($1.59): This was surprisingly $0.10 cheaper than the donuts from the Dunkin' a few blocks down in

Who is the young gentlemen that worked 9/21 around 3pm. He definitely needs to get a promotion to manager. His customer service was extremely well. He made sure my coffee was right and was even willing to remake it. Thanks!!

Dunkin Donuts food is OK not really gourmet. The shop was a bit run down but the coffee and service were good. Donut a bit heavy but sugar when driving. Really stopped for the Wi-Fi at the bank and a wee. So this worked for me.
