Thatcher Farm Dairy

Home delivery is great. All the products are nice. Sofias yogurt and blueberry muffins are amazing. I was excited to try their ice cream and sadly it wasn't good. At all. I'm wondering if something was wrong with the batch. I got coffee. It was gritty, icey/watery and didn't taste very coffee ish.

Don’t waste your money. Terrible customer service. The last two deliveries that we received the milk was missing. This week we never received the delivery. The manager couldn’t explain why. We usually get it placed on our front door step. We looked all over the place. A day a later we discovered that the delivery was put on our neighbors property-not ours! and the food went bad & animals (probably squirrels) got to the bread & butter. Absolutely ridiculous! It’s a pandemic & we got deliveries so that our elderly grandparents don’t get exposed because they have underlying health conditions & we did this to help them out. I’m so disgusted for the lack of care. We’re so disappointed. They started off okay & then it just got worse. We’re not wasting our money anymore.

Cannot say enough good things about Thatcher farm! The customer service is top notch. Delivery drivers are always friendly! Oh and their products are delicious

We love Thatcher Farms!!! The selections are so good, the prices reasonable, and Roger is awesome! Very lucky to have Thatcher Farms as an option where we live.
