Place is very messy and unorganized. Bathroom dirty and toilet looks like it's been backed up since the day before.

Love the Coffee I get one almost every morning service is fast and friendly

Ordered green tea with sugar. Got all the way home to discover this murky mess. Seems to me milk was put in the cup, they realized that I didn't order with milk, poured it out and filled the cup up again. Is it that expensive to use a new cup? Or too much work to rinse out the cup. Either way I drove back and they made it right. Absolutely inconvenient but I worth the extra miles on the car because I just love their tea. Give me a well made tea next time and I'll give you 5 stars

Placed a mobile order. Was informed upon arrival through drive through that they were out of whole bean bags of coffee. I asked for a refund for product that was out of stock. They refused and told me to reach out to customer service through the app. What an absolute joke. Customer service informed that they are an independent franchisee and the complaint goes back to them for refund. Store did not respond to the complaint and I am out $22. Reached back out to customer service for escalation and resolution - still not resolved. Will not revisit this location! Poor customer service. Lack of resolution and overall worst experience. Stay away from this location unless you want to be screwed over.
