Dunkin'

We ordered two bagel sandwiches (asked for no egg) and both came with it. We asked for the following items, all of which were out of stock on a Saturday morning: powdered donut, coconut donut, powdered munchkins, plain bagel, multigrain bagel. Having that many items unavailable is crazy. And then to have our order be completely wrong…avoid this drive thru!

I went in through the drive thru and Jackson was great at providing for my every request (straw, lid, extra bag, knife)! Thank you for all of your great staff always eager to serve just like Jackson was!

I was super impressed by the service at this Dunkin location! I had to purchase a large amount of gift cards and Emma and Olivia worked quickly with ease and effortlessness to get the order completed for me! They made me feel comfortable with such a large order and they did it so well! Thank you!!

I bet the majority of the reviews about rude staff are all about the same lady. I’ve heard from some who used to work there she’s one of the managers (bigger girl- always rude), and even the staff doesn’t like her. I go maybe once a month and she is always there no matter what. Even when I try and go in the afternoon to escape her. She is always so rude, and looks at you judge-mentally, even though she’s literally working at a Dunkin’ Donuts? She also purposely doesn’t hand my drink or food out the window- I’ve noticed she thinks it’s funny to purposely try and make it so I can’t reach the food. I mean seriously? I’ve let it go but she is just so extremely rude, and knowing other people have had the same experience validates it. The couple times I have went through and it hasn’t been her h

The rudest staff I have EVER encountered. When I asked for it to be refreshed, the server flatly said no, with no reason given. My coffee tasted like it was the scrapings of other old coffee pots. Is this a third-world country? $5.00 for a coffee and it tastes like crap? No thank you.
