Dunkin'

So before I posted about how terrible it was to get ahold of customer service so I decided to go into my local dunkin and talk to them about the situation. They ended up having more tins that were out of stock when I ordered them and they gave it to me with munchkins of my choice. I was very pleased by the kindness of the manager and staff. Will be returning

The food and drinks are made great. No complaint there. But I will say, my husband and kids go there frequently. And I mean like 4-5 times a week. Any time we go inside, because we want to sit, drink and play some little card games in the morning. Every time we do, we must stay too long for their liking because they will start cleaning our table and mopping around us, telling us we need to leave pretty much. Today, my daughter tried standing up so the lady to finish mopping around our table and she told my daughter “can you wait and sit down”, all we were trying to do was leave. I work in food service and I know for a fact that if you’re going to clean the lobby, you either wait til there are no customers, especially to mop or you start in an area where there are none and wait til those pe

I place my mobile order for my iced coffee every morning before heading to work (5am-6am) My coffee is always spot on and the gentleman and lady that seem to always be there each morning are just amazingly wonderful and friendly all around. Keep doing what you are doing. It is very much noticed and appreciated! Online tipping should be available as I seldom carry cash and would like to express my gratitude to these wonderful folks for making my mornings start off fabulous

Got some donuts at work on National Doughnut Day. I ate the double chocolate, blueberry, and old fashioned donuts and all of them tasted amazing. Made work a lot better. Since I'm a chocolate lover, I'd say double chocolate is my favorite.

I've been to this location 3 times,1st time I ordered a large peppermint mocha coffee,my cup was barely half full cost me 8.53.that took 15 minutes as I watched 2 coworkers stand against the counter not offering any kind of assistance whatsoever,I tried to call about this and nobody answered the phone. 2nd experience 5am with my grandson that visit was ok. 3rd time was just yesterday the 17th of November, I go in there is a couple ahead of me waiting for there items,so I stood at the counter for at least 7 minutes waiting patiently for someone to take my order the worker pointed at the kiosk. ,no sorry I'm paying cash ,so what does he do skips me entirely and goes back to the previous customers. Wait what!!! To be clear if yall don't have enough staff to run the front keep the doors locked
