Dunkin'

Consistency is something I strive to have, something this Dunkin has. They consistently make my drinks taste like battery acid. I sometimes wonder why and how it is that their coffee is the most disgusting thing and yet how they ALWAYS have it.

Food was all hot, tasted great, coffee was perfect. Compared to other Dunkins we've been to this one never fails. Great job everyone 👏

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. My mom was ordering through the drive-thru speaker and asked for a medium hot latte. The employee, Abdul, misheard and put it in as an iced latte on the screen, so we politely corrected him and said it was supposed to be hot. His response was, “Well you should’ve said that,” with a noticeable attitude. When I asked him to repeat what he said, he repeated the same comment again, still with an attitude. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to pull up to the first window. When we did, Abdul, the same employee from the speaker, came to the window and said, “I’m the one you were speaking with, what’s up,” in a confrontational manner. 5:45pm 9/13 There is a very big difference between a signature pumpkin spice latte and a regular pumpkin spice latte. I specifically ordered a regular pumpkin spice latte… simple? easy? Nope! I was given a signature pumpkin spice latte. Which has whip cream and cinnamon added which is not in the regular latte. The cashier acted annoyed when I asked for it to be redone. I got a “new” one back… but it was obvious that they just scooped up the whip cream and put a different lid on. There was still whip cream in my latte. It was very lazy energy. The signature latte and the regular latte are also priced differently. I wanted some of my money back for being charged for something I did not ask for. Of all the Dunkin's in MA, this is without a doubt the worst service. I just asked for my money back. This Dunkin' is on my Wednesday route. I have my morning coffee at Dunkin' every day, and on Wednesdays I have to look for something else. My sandwich always comes too toasted or completely burnt. Horrible service. I asked them to toast my bacon less and they gave me a bun without burning. They said, "The sandwich is like this," and gave me my money back without any interest in doing better.
