Dunkin'

I placed a mobile order through the app for a coffee and two wraps when I got to the store I also wanted hashbrowns which I ordered at the counter. However, the girl I’ve drive-through wanted to continue to give me a hard time and tell me to stop touching the orders their Mobile orders. I informed her twice that the order was mine. She told me again to stop touching the Mobile orders so I told her again it is my order I didn’t realize you needed an ID to pick up a mobile order. It was the girl with the glasses and the braids thinking she knows all that she should watch who she’s talking to. She doesn’t know who’s walking in that door or who they work for or who they know.

5/29/25 crew just before 12 sucks. I genuinely get pissed to pay extra for things just for it to be waste bc they don’t mix it. Do your goddamn job. Y’all Literally are trained to MIX SO GODDAMN MIX. If I gotta mix it myself then don’t charge me for cold foam. So disappointed.
