Dunkin'

The customer service here is absolutely excellent major shout out to grace I dropped my large coffee and she was so kind and remade it. I had a wonderful experience. Absolutely please go to this Dunkin and be very kind to the staff because they are lovely.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. After placing my order, the staff member did not give me the receipt and instead threw it away. When I tried multiple times to speak with her to clarify my order, she ignored me completely and continued taking other customers’ orders, pretending not to hear me. Without a receipt, I had no order number and no way to know which coffee or food bag was mine. I stood there confused and waiting while my order sat among others. Only after multiple attempts to get someone’s attention was I finally given my order. This was unnecessary, disrespectful, and extremely poor customer service. A simple receipt and basic acknowledgment would have avoided the entire issue. I expect much better professionalism from a Dunkin’ location. Date 12/27

This Dunkin is very convenient for visitors who drive scenic view. Specially u get ur coffee and use restroom. Very nice we staff, always greet u very well... my go place when ever me and my family visit Kancamagus hway.

I was there at 6am on 10/11, I stop there sometimes on a way to a hike because the bathroom is pretty clean. That said, I went to the counter to order a latte, with the girl STANDING AT THE REGISTER. She didn’t notice me because she was scrolling on her phone, but I was standing 2 feet away from her so surely she would eventually notice a customer standing right in front of her, right? I decided not to say anything and see just how long it would take her to see I was standing there. After 5 minutes of watching her mindlessly scroll on her phone, oblivious to the rest of the world, I left. Life is too short.

I go here almost every morning and when I order they are always so nice and they always say “you’re welcome” which I absolutely love! I decided on donuts this time instead of a breakfast sandwich and when I opened my box I seen this little message inside and it really did make my day! These guys are awesome! 😊
