Timber Wood Fired

If you compare this pizza to classic Italian pizza or New Haven–style (apizza), it will come up short. The crust was on the softer side, and I’d recommend asking for the pizza extra crispy or well done to improve the texture. That said, the pizza was still alright compared to other places in the area, just not exceptional. Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was great, warm and enjoyable, making it a nice spot to hang out.

Had never heard of this place and was in town and was looking for something easy and just came across this place from a Google search for food in the area. My girlfriend and I shared the Pemi-Roni and can easily say that this was one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. I love about 2 hours away and would make the drive up just to get this pizza again.

It was my first time at Timber Wood Fired and I’m so glad I stopped in! I built my own pizza with pepperoni and onions, it was incredible. The atmosphere is awesome, and the pool table is such a cool touch. McKenna and Liz were amazing, super friendly and made us feel right at home. Such a great addition to downtown Lincoln and The Mills Marketplace. Can’t wait to come back!

great pizza! our server charlie was awesome: friendly, quick & attentive. they close at 9, we walked in at 8, were able to be seated, enjoy our drinks, eat & were out of there within 35 minutes.

New favorite pizza spot in town. Staff is so friendly and food is great. We love the oven baked wings and meat balls with ricotta. Favorite pizza is the cheese with extra cheese. Charlie, Stu, and Bigs are the best! Thank you for bringing another great spot to Lincoln.
