Dunkin'

We go to this Dunkin nearly every day, but these past few weeks they have not provided the correct items to us. Today we ordered iced coffees with 1 Splenda and regular cream. What they provided was iced coffee with 1 Splenda and 3 sugars. No cream at all. From this point forward I'll be driving into JC for coffee. These items cost too much to continuously have the order messed up.

This is by far our favorite Dunkin' Donuts. Although there are many restaurants of which to choose, we drive further for the Jonesborough Tennessean location. The staff is always kind. They apologize for not having a veterans discount and give me the senior discount. I can tell they are sincere. It is much appreciated.

Cold foam was chunky and gross. I ordered a cold brew and it tastes awful, so I had to throw it away as soon as I got it. Annoying since I wasted $5 and like 15 minutes waiting for my mobile order in the first place. The lady also attempted to give me someone else’s drink before I told her that was the wrong order. Whole experience was a mess.

So slow always. As. General manager of their QSRs this place is ridiculous. The hours of operation signs mean nothing half the time the lobby is closed the other time it’s open their drive-thru is always consistently wrapped around the building because for some reason, they don’t know how to efficiently work as a team when all they are doing coffees and popping stuff in the microwave cause it’s not making anything.

Asked for a medium coffee. Was told I could not have a medium coffee, and that I would have to pay more money than I wanted to get more coffee than I wanted, or just get less coffee than I wanted. Refused to give me a medium amount of coffee in the closest size cup they had available. Felt very bait and switch.
