Came to Jonesborough for work and found this cozy spot! The cafe itself is very warm and inviting, a perfect spot to unwind and relax after being in the cold. The drinks are crafted with care and the staff are so kind! I was sipping on some lattes and cappuccinos throughout the week, but my last day I was able to try something new, the orange mocha and I wished I lived in Jonesborough just so I could have that every day! Please do yourself a favor and try this place out, you will not be disappointed.

Haven't been since the opening first week. Increased their hours awhile back to 8am and now until 5pm. Honestly, good prices, mellow feel, comfortable even in the kiddie wooden chairs along the wall. Vibe is good and their brown sugar concoction for Lattes is excellent. Also, no up-charge for oat vs cow's milk. Honestly, to have two wonderful coffee shops in Jonesborough--I can't see how the new Starbucks can compete. Pay cash and avoid the 3% up charge!!!!

I visited this place because of one review. It did not disappoint. From the immediate vibe you feel walking in to the great conversation with the owners. I highly recommend checking Neuma out. I got the Americano, my daughter got a hot chocolate and my wife got Affogato. We loved it

Excellent place to get your caffeine fix! Barista was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided a great suggestion based on what kind of drink I desired. Wide variety of options and very tasty drinks. Drink Pictured: Maple Latte With Salt Very good! Note: The AI overview is misguiding. There is no loft but seating is nice with a variety of options.
