Starbucks Coffee Company

Beautiful venue--and large. Can't for the life of me figure out why Starbucks put this place here in Jonesborough. Music was not working. We're trying it out, but will have to go to our old stomping ground, of downtown Jonesborough for local brews. Coffee and tea good, as expected. Did end up with a vente iced rather than a grande. Forgot to specify. Oh well. Lesson learned. A grande chai and a vente iced coffee cost $11++. Too much, but it's all over the place--costs have gone up, not down. 😔

I had ordered a small coffee and got a small hair in it. (Gravity exists- can’t help it, literally an eyelash.) I called and let them know, and they were very gracious about it. Paid me back in store credit and even gave me back a coffee two sizes bigger with an apology. Manager was super sweet about the interaction. Will be coming back ❤️

Love this Starbucks! Tyler is one of the nicest baristas there. He is always so welcoming and kind to everyone. I stop in for a friendly hello and a good cup of coffee as often as I can.

Awesome brand new Starbucks! Great vibe and perfect spot to get some work done.

Super clean, fast and charming service! Jaliyah was so accommodating to my drink requests and everyone else was very friendly!!
