Dunkin'

This Duncan has the most consistent tasting drinks out of anyone I've been to. I go here often since it opened since the drinks are delicious and not crazy expensive like other coffee places. However every single time I've been here they have gotten my order wrong. And always get an irritated attitude from the employees when I say it's not correct. I am very mindful to be respectful and kind about it so the reaction is off putting. I went today and they tried handing me a drink that I did not order. They then handed me my drink that I did order but in a smaller size and I had already paid for the biggest size. Then they handed me a drink that was not my drink but the right size. At that point I just took it and left because there was a really long line behind me but it is disappointing.

Ruined donuts with a smile. First time to the Jenison Dunkin and won’t be back. We asked for four donuts and the girl quickly dropped four donuts into a small bag, closed it and handed it to us with a smile and a thank you. We briefly opened the bag to make sure everything was correct and to our surprise, only two of the four donuts were the correct ones. The girl apologized and quickly grabbed the correct ones. Again, haphazardly dropping them into the small bag with no care. The bakers choice donut was first in the bag and completely upside down on its decorated frosting. Second was the eclair long John. Nose first, bending and laying on its frosting. Then the other two donuts dropped on top with no papers to separated them. Why take the time to decorate the donuts if you intend to smash

I grew up in Chicago where Dunkin has been around for years, so I know how donuts and coffee should be from a Dunkin store. I have given Jenison Dunkin multiple chances. They have made my specialty drink wrong the past 3 visits. I got my kids a chocolate iced drink last time and it tasted like they did not wash out the blender from the previous drink. It had to be thrown away. The donut selection is poor and the donuts come out tasting stale/off. This is a poor excuse for a Dunkin. Needs new management or a big overhaul. Especially when it’s trying to compete with Starbucks, Biggby and local coffee and donut shops. Will NOT be back to this location. Do better.

we asked for a drink with no ice and they said they wouldn’t fill it up all the way with no ice so we asked for a tiny bit of ice and they filled it up with a tiny bit but put all cold foam instead more than the drink, which is ridiculous because I know Starbucks is stingy but at least if you ask for no ice, they still fill it up all the way like they’re supposed to so I don’t know what this new rule is, but they said that this guy was the manager and said it was a rule which I’ve never heard of in my life from going to Dunkin and now Duncan is filling up their drinks with half of ice, which is ridiculous. If I wanted a full cup of ice, I would’ve went to McDonald’s and got water cup of ice for free.

Absolutely terrible service. They didn't have egg for my bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, so I requested extra bacon on it. They charged me an extra $1.00 for more bacon, only to be given 2 teeny tiny little morsels of bacon total that I wouldn't even count as 1 piece combined. I was also supposed to get cold foam on my coffee and the photo provided is what I received. On top of that, the lady at the window was talking to us, turned around mid sentence, took off her headset, and shut the window. So we had no idea if we even got all of our order. Definitely not going back, as this isn't the first time we've been there and had bad service.
