Dunkin'

Stopped in for some breakfast, worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Sandwich’s were cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted in the slightest. Coffee was bland and bitter. Asked for napkins because we weren’t given any, employee at the window rudely said “they should be in the bag”. When I showed her they weren’t in the bag she rolled her eyes and gave me 2 small thin napkins.

I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews but when this has happened multiple times I’m starting to get frustrated, especially when people very much look forward to having a good cup of coffee in the morning -how they order it. I don’t know if they don’t like putting the extra flavors in the drinks or what it is, but I’m pretty sure an iced macchiato doesn’t look like this. They seem to always be in a rush- which again i get it, but when I spoke up about it, they said oh it was just shook up. When is an iced macchiato ever shook up before giving it to the customer? I absolutely love Dunkin, but this location- making me not even want to take the initiative to go get Dunkin anymore- closest one around. I don’t have this issue if I go to any other location.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this staff took my entire order as a suggestion… in my first drink I received iced coffee instead of espresso, cream instead of oat milk, and in the second my brown sugar shaken espresso literally tasted and looked like dirty water. The most disgusting coffee I have ever had, seriously. Went to Kroger across the street to just do it myself during my stay here.

I come to dunkin every day and order a coffee but some times it feels like im play russian roulette when it comes to how my coffee will taste. I order the same thing every single time hot coffee 4 cream 4 sugar it should be tje same every time. But almost never it. The days it taste like complete💩 makes me want to stop coming and just go to Quick trip and make my own. Do better dunkin. Wasted my money today!

Ordered matcha and 3 donuts. Got 3 sips out the mathca because its all ice and they only gave 2 donuts
