Dunkin'

Not pleased how is this pose to be a wrap, order three bacon wraps and all three had cheese everywhere. Egg was out of the wrap, folded like this. Don't get me started on the hash browns. Cold,hard, and now fully cooked. This is Jackson mi. Only on we have get it together employees for real.

Barista named Abby was INCREDIBLE! Helped me figure out a reward that was confusing and she knew everything. Absolutely loved the service, her kind smile and how nice and calm she was throughout the whole process. Thank Abby! Highly recommend being taken care of by her!!

I go here so much that they know my order by my voice!! Talk about customer service, I love it!! This location does get a little bit busier, and you may have to wait a second but they’re still very fast in taking your order and completing it.. TheCousy and straw cover makes a 100% difference for coldness and the taste when the straw is covered(not just for bugs).. last I knew they still had orange too along with their other cups and tumblers that they sell

Second time I've been here where 4+ workers are all standing around not working with a line at the register continuing to grow. Stood there for at least 5 minutes with all workers having their backs to the register on their phones. I just want a dunkalatte lol. Ultimately, I walked out this time without ordering because it's quicker to get a coffee somewhere else than wait in a line at a place that clearly doesn't want business.

Too damn commercial. LOVE Dunkin coffee, that's what keeps me coming back, but it's all business - ain't no room for small talk, a smile, or even a tickle, LOL... Nope, they are just like NEXT, WHO'S NEXT PLEASE... ...and I would never sit in that "dining area" it's like sitting next to a constantly swinging door
