Dunkin'

The team at Dunkin' saved the day and were so kind to me! I was hosting a bridal shower for my bestie on February 7, 2026 with the theme of "Love is Brewing." We had the tea options and hot water, but I had forgotten to place the order for the coffee (two Box O' Joe-s) in a timely manner. I quickly placed the order on the app and the team had it ready right when I arrived at the drive-thru! They also provided me with plenty of cups, cream, and sugar. I mentioned to the team member that I was also hunting for some ice. She stated that they didn't sell any bags of ice but she could provide me with cups of ice since the party was starting! Horrible the worst service the dirtiest Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever visited. The coffee was not made and then they got mad at me because they asked you. Why do you want them to make coffee? At 4 o’clock in the afternoon. The two men that we’re working there had no idea what they were doing very unsanitized.

Second time at this location screwing up my order. Ordered iced coffee with Carmel, (didn’t ask for cream or sugar) got a coffee with Carmel, cream and sugar. Also ordered an everything bagel w/ veggie cream cheese, once I drove away and got to work to eat it, I realized it was a plain bagel with plain cream cheese, so not even one of the other! Also, I only got cream cheese on one half of the bagel! It’s almost like the kids working there just give you whatever they want instead of what you order. Literally don’t waste your time coming to this location, there are other Dunkin’s that are better.

As a true coffee lover, Dunkin’ has always had my heart. Seriously—who doesn’t love a good cup of coffee? And this place never misses! The drinks are consistently delicious, the vibe is comforting, and everything just hits the spot every time. But what truly makes this location special is Mrs. Teresa. She is the absolute sweetest! As the manager, she ensures everything is running smoothly and that every experience is great all around. Her warm smile, kindness, and dedication make every visit feel extra special. This Dunkin’ is more than just a coffee stop for me—it’s my happy place. Highly recommend to anyone wanting great coffee and even better service! ☕💗

The service not the best; from what I can see, they're short on staff. The place looks a bit depressing. They also have some vending machines, but they don't have everything the place offers. They need to update them. That would greatly improve the service for the staff. As for the food, it wasn't bad, just okay.
