Dunkin'

Usually the service here is good. Today I did a mobile order as usual. I ordered coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Never have I been to a Dunkin Donuts and was given a knife and packet of cream cheese to put on my bagel myself. Most people that do mobile orders are driving somewhere like work and need to quickly grab their coffee and food, as was the case with me. This is not acceptable

Lady was so rude and messed up my order. She act like it was my fault and don’t wanna fix my order. Last time coming here

Worst service ever. I am a veteran. The national Dunkin’ Donuts office is offering one free donut for veterans on Veterans Day. I came in today (11/11/22) and asked for a donut and showed my military ID. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A COFFEE TO GET THE FREE DONUT. That literally isn’t a part of the offer. When I showed the lady at the counter the website from the Dunkin’ Donuts corporate office she finally relented and basically threw a donut at my face. Screw off lady. You people are genuinely terrible human beings with dark souls. My family are also immigrants from India. If you don’t respect the culture of America, go the hell back. We don’t want you here.

Most positive experience with fast food I've ever had. Staff is lovely to you. Leave a tip when you go!

Very small Dunkin! Employees were friendly! Their restroom was filthy! TP all over, pee & poo on the seat! It was terrible! Told the employee & he said he was already told. Clearly he made no effort to clean it or even put an out of service sign on it. Yes, it was that disgusting!
