Dunkin'

This location just keeps declining. The staff is incredibly hit or miss, some are nice and seem glad to be at work, but a few really seem to hate everything and it reflects in their customer interactions. I used to go nearly every morning and now only go maybe once every few weeks. I think this morning was finally it for me. I always get 2 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps, sometimes coffee, sometimes munchkins, but always the wraps. This morning the bacon and egg were cooked but the wrap and the cheese were still cold and clearly hadn’t been toasted. How the heck does that even happen? Gross

Went there at 7:50a on Saturday. I went inside to order. There was no one in dining room and two cars In the drive thru. There were three employees talking to each other. I ordered three donuts. She went to the case and asked me again which three donuts. Chatting continued and the lady confirmed the last donut. “Old fashion?” She calls out. “No,” I said, “sour cream.” So, confirming three donuts in a span of 30 seconds. Then, she takes my drink order - Iced vanilla latte. I pay, and wait. 2-3 mins later, I get my drink and head to the car. Take a sip and it’s an iced latte, no vanilla. Quite the experience for a drink and three donuts when they’re not even busy. After the donut issue, shame on me for not checking the drink while I was in there. 2 starts because dining room was clean and

They need to close this place down . Went for some simple drinks and they couldn’t make it cause they ran out of lemonade. So I asked for refund . She tells me there no manager there to give refund . So exactly what I do if I can’t get what I paid for . And than she proceed to say this has nothing to do with me !!!!! What !!! How it doesn’t !!!!!

Before even ordering, the lady was irritated because everyone wanted dunkin today. My drink wasn’t the only one incorrect. People were coming in from drive through because she messed up their order. I asked for it to be corrected and it was made the exact same way. I will not be visiting this location again. They need retraining or better workers with positive attitudes !

I'm a regular mobile order. Every drive though worker I've met has been polite and kind. On the rare occasion that I order something they aren't able to make, they always go above and beyond to make it right.
