Dunkin'

I get Duncan's all the time so I know what to expect as normal at a Duncan This morning their coffee was awful. I don't know what they did or didn't do to it , but it was unlike other Duncan coffee. The breakfast sandwich I got was okay however at 10:30 in the morning they were out of every kind of bagel except everything bagels Hashbrown orders for me and my wife were inedible. Super greasy and falling apart at the touch. I can only think that their fry oil was not up to temperature before they started and they just soaked up the grease and fall apart. I know it's only a Duncan and it's only a few bucks we're talking about but I at least expect them to be as consistent as every other dunk and I visit.

This is a burn croissant ask for toasted don’t bother coming here. Also when I go through the drive thru some of your employees come out to go back and forth by my vehicle take notice corporate is that part of your policy.

Where does the DD Corp team stands on a 3.4 rating? Why do they allow stores like this to stay opened? On 7/05/2025 at 6:02 AM, I placed an order on my app. It was a Medium midnight coffee, no milk, no sugar. Picked it up on the counter then jumped on the expressway to head to my job. A few miles over, I decided it was cool enough to take the first zip! I TASTED THE CLEANING SOLUTION IN THE COFFEE. Whomever, prepared this batch, forgot to empty and clean the equipment. Mistakes like this can kill people. This franchise's owner is not worth doing business with. Why is the DD brand holding these locations accountable!?

This gets more ridiculous every morning. The croissant always has rock hard pieces that I have to pull off as well as black ends but today they also burned the cheese to a crisp. They saw this and still sent it out. Just pure laziness.

Ever since they brought that manager over from the Milford location this place has gotten significantly worse. Usually, I'm okay with how long this place takes as it's usually short staffed. However, today I was almost late to work waiting for a coffee I never even got because I had to leave. The poor girl at the register was all by herself dealing with mobile and cash register orders! She had at least 10 orders to complete and I unfortunately didn't have the time to wait for her to get to my drink (not her fault!). Whilst that "manager" sat at the food station not even bothering to help her.
