Dunkin'

Typical inside a gas station Dunkin. It had limited items but severed it's purpose. More usual drink options but limited food/donut options.

Waited in line for 15 minutes with our 2 coffees and 1 donut in hand just so the drive through window could cash out more people before we could pay. ALSO paid with a gift card....the worker then threw the card out after running it for our order and moved on to more drive through order orders. Thankfully our receipt said we still had a balance remaining of $12.20 so we asked the worker for our card back and they were very rude and upset with us for interrupting the drive through window again (the drive through window was the only working register). The worker then picked through all the trash to find our card while making *huffing* noises because it was an inconvenience to them. I'm sorry but that was not our mistake, and we didn't once get an apology. Very poor customer service and poo

Just tired of ordering a coffee and it almost always being wrong. It's 3 mocha, 2 French vanilla swirl, 5 cream and 3 sugar. It should be fairly sweet, but somehow always tastes like nothing other than the creamer was put in and usually also tastes burnt or old. I'd rather go to lisbon and wait 15 minutes and, at this point, almost exclusively do...at least the coffee comes out right. I just don't understand why it's so difficult when it's all just pump/button dispensers.

Quite a few of the people that work here are nice just one or two younger girls that really have an attitude. No matter how soon I put my mobile order in, they refuse to make it until I walk in even telling me sometimes yours is going to be last I have to get drive-thru done first when I put my order in 10 minutes prior to arriving.

Worst Dunkin around, if I could give it 0 stars I would. They constantly prioritize the drive thru over the counter, and if you order more than 3 coffees through the drive thru they huff and puff at you, make a point to tell you that they're short staffed and that "there's only 3 of us" which one lady loves to tell us EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ORDER. I'm sorry I have 3 people in my household. Terrible customer service and they make it known when they're mad. Sorry you work at Dunkin!
