Dunkin'

BEST LOCATION EVER! I had a wonderful opportunity to meet the owners, managers, and their family. All are very sweet, warm and welcoming. They were giving back to the community and having a little event with raffles, free food, and the best: free coffee every year. The event was nicely organized. The process was smooth and safe. They had fun games and activities for kids. There was even face painting, balloon, animals, and a Photo Booth. What a spectacular event this was. I am so happy that they Were hosting this event giving to the community. That is what this Dunkin location is all about. Because of their kindness and generosity, I will continuously show my love and support to this location.

I hate to do this to people I know are trying to just get by, but it's getting out of hand. I've had cold food, I've had forgotten items, and my latest issue is this: Getting a palm-sized bagel for the price of a full bagel. I can't post a picture here, but it was quite seriously close to the mini bagels you can buy in the store. I stopped ordering from here for quite some time due to the earlier issues, and my return is met with tiny food for a higher price? No. The workers are doing their best, but it isn't enough to make up for the sloppy allowances Dunkin lets slide.

This review is specifically for one employee: Lucas. This employee is a top-notch individual who is fast and accurate with my order. Honestly, probably the only reason I still go to this location. If anyone needs a coffee or a snack, go when Lucas is there.

Okay here’s the beef, the people are nice and respectful but the last thing I want is to pay 3 dollars for a coffee and have it burn my hand and spill all over me when it leaks for the lid. This has happened more than once, shame on me for going back. Get lids that seal properly!

Went to drive through. Ordered a large hot green tea. Confirmed with a kid at window who then walked away. Girl came to window joking with the kid behind her and hands me the tea. I asked her again “green tea”. Annoyed she says yes. We pull onto highway and realize it’s a mint tea. Pull over and walk back in rain and go inside. I tell them I ordered green tea. They say yes Green is mint tea. I say no. Green tea please. She again repeats mint tea is correct. Finally a manager walks over and without any apologies just says “I’ll make it” and finally we get our one green tea. Incredibly difficult to get just this one item.
