Dunkin'

I had the best experience at this location this morning. We ordered a couple of dozen donuts for the super bowl (go pats) & I was a little chaotic during pick up. I ordered the night before in the app and the donuts were all ready to go when I got there. But I decided to order breakfast last minute. & then asked for a pup cup only after I remembered, just before leaving. The staff was super friendly & they even opened the door for me and offered to help open my car door because my hands were full. Great job, team!

This was my first time at Dunkin Donuts and David was amazing! His other female coworker was just as pleasant. It was really refreshing to be greeted with a smile, friendly demeanor, and employees who are happy to be there!

Was at the Grand Rapids, MN store on 9/26. Called from Hibbing to see if what I wanted was in stock & the gal who helped me, possibly the manager, went above & beyond. Made my bad day a lot better. The fella that was working the til, he is there often when I go to the store, very polite & helpful. Great crew at the GR Dunkin!! 🍩

I think it's kind of nasty finding dog hair on your donut. You probably should have thrown the whole tray of donuts away and made fresh knowing that's contaminated you obviously don't know how to work in the food industry.

Server was great! She was the only one there and handled it well. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely an asset to the company. Her name was Braelyn. Will definitely come back.
