Dunkin'

In a world where everyone is seemingly so miserable this place never fails to brighten my day, every single person that works here has personality, they're all so upbeat every day and I absolutely love to see it. Chris, the manager is a team player, he recently came to this location and i appreciate that hes approachable and easy to talk to. All the girls are incredible, no matter how busy they always take the time to make sure my coffee is exceptional. A good coffee seriously sets the tone for the day and I always leave here smiling.

I will never go 221 main dunkin again it’s not how it used to be !! Jenna was the shit! They are rude slow and not clean at all. One of the girls was toughing her nose while handling my food with only one glove on all set… no hygiene… food always cold.coffee always wrong…awful

Went in to get two coffees, 25 variety munchkins and buy some half and half. It was a tough week for my mother and I, midterms and such, and we both needed a pick me up. My mother's coffee wasn't filled, a good inch and a half of empty space in the cup. No real biggie, but annoying. The 25 "variety" box was all just the pumpkin ones. If either of us liked the pumpkin kind, that would have been fine. Regrettably, we don't. Even when we tried to buy the half and half, the register worker kindly informed us it was expired. We did not get half and half, but we appreciated the honesty. I will say one thing, they aren't too slow and the inside was clean. Needless to say, if you are in the New England area, do yourself a favor and go to a different dunkin. There's like 50 better ones in walking d

I have had my fair share of disappointments here. However it seems there's new crew members that have brought in a lot of positive energy, and care to this location. I am very happy to say that my disappointments from the past are now overshadowed by my many now great experiences with not only interacting with the safe but the quality of the products I purchase. Every drink and food item is being handled with care and they want to make their customers happy.

Always nice to see the workers! They always sneak my son a few extra munchkins!
