Dunkin'

I stopped here to grab a coffee and have a quick meeting while traveling. Unfortunately, the music in the lounge area was extremely loud. I noticed another guest who had brought his laptop to work ended up leaving as well, likely for the same reason. I asked the staff if they could lower the volume, but they replied, “I don’t think we can,” and continued on without addressing the issue. This is a café with Wi-Fi meant for people to relax or get some work done. Rated a 2 because at least the coffee was consistent to other Dunkin’s.

The Employees are awesome here and give good advice on what New Items have been added to the menu. Helpful with flavors of Ice Coffee's!!!! I love the selection of different types of Reusable Coffee Tumblers for my return Visits!!!

Quite frequently i order on the go the previous night before work because I have such an early work start and my sister grabs it before she grabs me today was the same. I get a phone call from her asking if I ordered from this dunking I said yes pulled up my app it said it was ready and paid for rhe woman working inside for the drive thru was arguing with my sister yelling and then IGNORED HER WHEN SHE WAS TALKING TO HER. Telling her the order wasn’t there. It turned out the order was there sitting on the counter and the cashier didn’t look and argued with my sister for no reason it was ignoring her being extremely unprofessional and rude for no reason you don’t get to act like this when you work with the public, I worked at Dunkin for 4 1/2 years And never once did I ignore a customer tha

Amazing sandwich, but the manager was wayyyy to loud. Trust me, prepare urself if you just woke up 10 min ago.

I ordered through the app. Fast and friendly through the drive through. A pet peeve, but also safety concern, seen employee at window handle cash and food with same gloves on and wear same gloves for multiple orders. Glad I didn't order food this time. Four or more employees were sitting outside the back of the store smoking and talking loudly. My coffee was made as ordered on the app.
