Dunkin'

Uhm..coffee was great got a dunkalatte..until when I took the last drink to see a line of BLACK hair🥲 full on strand. I came in around 5 sum and got on this 12/17 pretty upset! The girl was nice tho just upset hair was in it. Especially since I drank it all before realizing😭 I have not gone back tho since I already drank it all. But please do better with keeping your hair back away!🫡

I've been going to this Dunkin' since it opened. I live in Fayetteville and have always been a fan of Dunkin'. However, over the summer and now, the staff has become worthless. They'll see you standing there waiting to order but won't come over until someone else tells them. The drive-thru takes around 10 minutes to get your order taken. They usually say they'll be with you in a second, but now it's just radio silence. Online orders aren't prepared when you arrive to pick them up. A DoorDash driver waited a long time for an order, and when it was finally prepared, half the items were missing. My wife picked up our online order, but we only got 4 out of 12 donuts. We just had THE best experience at this Dunkin! Our shaken espressos were so beyond yummy. Gwen greeted us at the drive through with the kindest smile & made the fanciest best ever pup cups for our dogs. Thanks Gwen!👏🏼

Waited 10 minutes at drive thru speaker with no line. Told they had limited donut selection at only 7:30 am. At window waited another 5 to pay. Not a staff shortage because I counted 8 employees. Received donuts and coffee. Told 5 more minutes for bacon. Older lady extremely rude to me and talked disrespectful to employees.

The was the second time I told them to make it because it was water Down and taste like shit
