Original Flavor Bistro

We were so lucky to have found this spot for lunch on our visit to Summerville. The food is absolutely delicious!!!! Like I would have ordered everything on the menu if my stomach was big enough. The waitress had great recommendations as well. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!! I encourage everyone to check them out at least once! I confident you will become repeat customers if you live locally.

Absolutely incredible! Highly recommend! The food was amazing (we had the Venezuelan Butcher Board). Our waitress (Jessica) was extremely helpful and personable (she patiently explained each item on the menu and offered her suggestions). The establishment was immaculate and well maintained. We live in Georgia, but will definitely return the next time we’re in the area.

I loved everything about Original Flavor Bistro, I cannot wait to come back when I visit WV again! The food was amazing, cooked to perfection, my thanks and kudos to the chef. The atmosphere was great, I didn't want to leave lol we had our pups with us, outdoor seating. Our waitress was so friendly & tentative. I'm literally planning my birthday in WV next year & I want to spend the actual birthday day HERE! I'm bringing my hungry Puerto Rican Familia tambien 😂 I love how the empanadas are color coordinated to know which one's which too. Blue was beef, Pink was Pork, Green was beans, Orange was Chicken, and the cheese one was maybe yellow or just plain with no color. So creative, I love the fusion of backgrounds. You can taste how much was put into the food, & not just in terms of ingredie

Great new locally owned restaurant! Wonderful Puerto Rican and Venezuelan food. Fresh flavors done right. We eat here at least once a week! Need a dinner or lunch catered - just call and speak with Chef Rosa - it will be sure to delight. Need a dessert for family coming in....Miss Sabrina will whip up a masterpiece!

Discovered this amazing family run Venezuelan restaurant when driving through Summersville...DELICIOUS meals and exceptional service. Ordered pantacones sliders (fried plantain sliders one with chicken and one with pork, both topped with creamy cole slaw) and pollo a la criolla (chicken breast sauteed with onions and peppers in creole sauce, came with friend plaintains and a side salad). If 10 stars were a rating, this place deserves 10 stars!!! Will definitely return!
