Dunkin'

Unfortunately this store is cheap on giving what we pay for! Cream cheese was spread over one bagel not the other. Asked to give extra said manager told us to put little and I have pay for cream cheese ——thats not right! I agreed to pay and their register closed!

The woman was very rude to me while I was picking up my order. It was at the mobile pick up area, she also said my name wrong. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the employees here. DO NOT GO HERE

I've been holding off on a review in hopes that they turn it around but it seems like this is the forgotten franchise. No ice for iced coffee but the parking lot was unplowed after an 8" storm so plenty of ice there. It's practically begging for a lawsuit. Really seems like someone is tanking this place on purpose or they forgot it's in their portfolio. Staff is nice enough but definitely disinterested and it's hard to blame them considering whoever owns/ manages it is MIA.

This Dunkin has gone so downhill. Used to go regularly and considered it the best Dunkin in the area. Employees used to be efficient and friendly. Past two times it has taken 20 minutes to receive a mobile order that ends up being wrong. Will not be back.

I just about freaked out in the care because I went to open my order and I thought it was a soggy napkin but it was a USED glove. Almost gagged. I’ve never had a pleasant experience here. The two blonde women looks so uninterested and bored. Workers do not care about quality.
