Dunkin'

This Dunkin is located in Walmart. We ordered our usual iced coffees and donuts. I usually get the apple spice donut but tried the braided apple pie, warmed. I can't lie; it was delicious!!! You will not disappointed with the apple pie! Now, on another note: This is by far one of the filthiest Dunkin I have seen. The floor was full of trash and the counters/tables hadn't been wiped down. Honestly, it looked as if it had not been wiped down in a longgggggg time and that was evident by the high chair located in the sitting area; it was horrendous. I wouldn't even put my hand on that chair let alone my grandchild. Sheesh. Maybe they are short staffed but someone really needs to clean the front dining area very well. I went through the drive through today after an appointment. I ordered a “Large ice coffee with cream only”. Pretty simple order. What I got was the grossest thing known to man. The label on the cup was correct but I don’t know if it was a dark roast, cold brew, turbo shot or what it was. It was the most bitter thing I’ve ever tasted. I normally can deal if they make a mistake or they put less cream than normal but this was gross. I couldn’t finish more than a few sips and had to stop at the Dunkin’ in Gray on my way home. Picture doesn’t do the different colors justice but the one on the right was certainly darker. Hopefully other customers had a better experience today.

The girl working window is rude and not good at taking orders. I was polite and met with someone who was mad at me because they made my order wrong. I let her know she angrily "fixed" it. I get it back and try it she made a completely different drink then what I ordered and no knife or napkins with my bagel they hardly put any cream cheese on. What a waste or $10. I don't care about the food made wrong as much as I care about her attitude. Would have been no problem if she fixed it nicely and actually did it right, and listened.

Picture shown is what I ordered. I specifically asked for light ice, I don’t like my drinks too cold. They filled it 4/5 full of ice, even more so than my husbands drink which he didn’t specify change ice change. I got shorted most of my drink from ice displacement, and it was freezing to drink which I was trying to avoid.

They made the coffee correctly the first time and the people serving it were pleasant.
