Dunkin'

The hours of operation are stated as opening at 5 am, they never open at 5am! I go there almost every day.This morning at 5:30am they still were not open, if you're not opening until 5:30am or 6 am CHANGE your hours. I suggest going to Dunkin Donuts at either North Kingstown in front of Home Depot or the the one on 138 if you want to be able to get service in the morning!

Service at drive thru was delayed as they made order incorrectly for the car in front of me. When I reached the window, my coffee wasn't made but the order for the car behind me was there. After paying and waiting, I asked if my coffee was ready and was told they would make it now. I gently said that I was in a big hurry (on way to Kingston train station). The worker I said it to proceeded to repeat what I said to her co-workers then added "amazing!" while the drive thru window was still open. Not sure if mocking customers is discouraged here but maybe it could be.

4 staff members working when I arrived to order my coffee as a courtesy I let them know the outside garbage can was overflowing. They all blamed it on the night shift for not emptying it. So I sat for 45 minutes sipping my coffee and no employees made an effort to empty the trash. Even during the slow time in the drive thru. Gross and lazy employees.

Who is in charge of this place? The ignorance and total disregard to customers is insane to me. They pick and choose who they would like to be polite to and acknowledge. Now not all of them are this way. The manager should be ashamed of his performance and the performance of his team. Especially because he is the worst one. Inside conversations being more important then even looking at you when handing over your coffee. This morning I went in and was waiting patiently in line. Woman was getting her order. Manager came over and started helping by making her coffee. A man walks in behind me and instead of manager asking what I would like he acts like im not even there and asks the man next to me about his coffee and starts making that. I can handle the rude Its 2 secs of my morning but that

The girl working behind the counter was very friendly and very helpful there was nobody in there so I was in and out very fast very clean environment and nice staff I will definitely come back again. Best thing about it was the muffins were Fresh So my blueberry muffin was actually still warm making it extra tasty.
